- At the destination: Avoid long, tiring waits at the Front Desk or on the phone if you have a request or wish to communicate an incident. With the help of Justrequest you can do just the same, but in an easy and comfortable way.

- Manage your requests yourself on your smartphone and read about the stage of handling each one of them is in.


- Be among the first to hear about any news or special events taking place at your hotel.
